Private coaching sessions are available for swimmers of all ages, including children, teens and adults (Masters and triathletes). Our Masterclasses are for children only, typically aimed at developing club swimmers who want to improve technique, confidence and racing skills.
Skills4Podium coaching is designed for competitive and developing competitive swimmers, from club level right through to County, Regional and National standard. Private coaching is also suitable for Masters swimmers and triathletes.
Private coaching sessions are completely bespoke, focusing on the swimmer’s chosen goals such as stroke technique, starts, turns or underwater work. Sessions include demonstrations, technical drills, and video feedback on an iPad to highlight areas for improvement. At Moreton Hall and Ellesmere College, swimmers also have access to Olympic-standard starting blocks and a backstroke ledge.
Yes. You can book 1:1 sessions directly online.
If you’d like to book a larger group (up to 5 swimmers) or a different time on the advertised day, simply contact me and I will arrange a suitable slot and make it available to book online. Group sessions are ideal for friends or teammates who want to train together.
Swimmers should bring their usual training kit, including goggles, swimsuit, towel and a drink. If they use specific training aids (such as fins or snorkels), they are welcome to bring those too. For younger swimmers, it’s helpful if they arrive knowing the key areas they’d like to work on.
Booking is done easily online. Select your session, complete the short booking form and make a secure payment to confirm your place. You’ll then receive an instant confirmation email with all session details, venue information and anything you need to prepare.
